CNC Milling an Aluminum Pan
We elected to use CNC Milling and Turning operations to cut and shape the part from 6061-T6 aluminum, with all work occurring on a centralized milling center.
CNC Machining an Aluminum Component
We used a fabrication approach combining several CNC Milling processes, including counterboring, drilling, tapping, and chamfering.
Horizontal Boring a Stainless Steel Tubesheet
With CNC machining impractical for a project this large, we opted to use a horizontal boring approach for creating the tube sheet, being formed from a disc of 304 stainless steel.
